Bain Capital Investors, LLC is the (i) general partner of Bain Capital Partners IX, L.P., which is the general partner of Bain Capital (OSI) IX, L.P., Bain Capital (OSI) IX Coinvestment, L.P, and Bain Capital Fund IX, L.P., which is the sole member of Bain Capital Fund IX, LLC, (ii) general partner of Bain Capital Partners X, L.P., which is the general partner of Bain Capital Fund X, L.P. and the holder all of the Class A shares of Glory Investments B Limited, (iii) general partner of Bain Capital Integral Investors 2008, L.P., (iv) general partner of Bain Capital Partners Europe III, L.P., which is the general partner of Bain Capital Europe Fund III, L.P., which is the sole shareholder of Bain Capital Everest Manager S.a.r.l., which is the general partner of Bain Capital Everest Manager Holding S.C.A., (v) general partner of Bain Capital Partners VII, L.P., which is the general partner of Bain Capital Fund VII, L.P., which is the sole member of Bain Capital Fund VII, LLC, (vi) general partner of Bain Capital VII Coinvestment Fund, L.P., which is the sole member of Bain Capital VII Coinvestment Fund, LLC, (vii) general partner of Bain Capital Partners Asia II, L.P., which holds all of the Class A shares of Glory Investments A Limited, and (viii) administrative member of Bain Capital Integral Investors, LLC and Bain Capital Integral Investors 2006, LLC. Bain Capital Fund VII, LLC and Bain Capital VII Coinvestment Fund, LLC have the right to appoint two of the three members of UWW Holdings, LLC's board of managers, which acts by majority vote. Bain Capital Europe Fund III, L.P. and Bain Capital Fund X, L.P. each beneficially own 50% of Atalaya Luxco S.a.r.l., which is the general partner of Atalaya Luxco Topco S.C.A., which wholly owns Atalaya PIKco S.a.r.l., which is the general partner of Atalaya Luxco PIKco SCA.
