Remarks:

A total of 26 restricted stock shares were mistakenly taken out of his account in 2017 & 2018. This mistake was realized on March 8th. An instruction sheet was sent to Broadridge to ask for correction to be made. It was made and then reviewed this morning. Now an amendment needs to be filed to correct the amount of his Beneficial Ownership.
