Effective December 4, 2024, Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (Horizon) eliminated Horizons common stock as an investment alternative available under Horizons 2005 Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended (the SERP). As a result, the 590 shares of Horizon common stock the reporting person previously reported as beneficially owned under the SERP were liquidated and the cash value of such shares was credited to the reporting persons plan account maintained under the SERP.
