Mr. Semlitz, an employee of Hartree Partners, LP ("Hartree") or one of its affiliates, is a member of the board of directors of the general partner of the issuer. Hartree and certain of its affiliates have filed a separate Form 3 reporting securities of the issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own.
