F1 These shares of common stock, par value $0.01 ("Common Stock"), of Montauk Renewables, Inc. (the "Issuer") are owned directly by Disant Holdings LP ("Disant") and indirectly by Mr. Govender. Mr. Govender is the sole manager of Disant and has sole voting and investment power with respect to the shares of Common Stock held by Disant. Disant is subject to a consortium agreement with certain other stockholders of the Issuer and will be deemed to have formed a "group" for purposes of Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act with such stockholders.
F2 These shares of Common Stock are owned directly by a company controlled by Mr. Govender. Mr. Govender has sole voting and investment power with respect to these shares.
