EASOM IRREVOCABLE TRUST dated October 8, 2021 and 97,058 shares held by the JUDE EASOM IRREVOCABLE TRUST dated October 8, 2021 (collectively, the "Children Trusts"), for which the Reporting Person and his spouse are trustees.
