The Reporting Person, an employee of Blackstone Inc. ("Blackstone") or one of its affiliates, is a member of the board of directors of the issuer. Certain affiliates of Blackstone have filed Section 16 reports reporting securities of the issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own.
