F1 Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a right to receive one share of BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc.'s Common Stock, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the vesting date. The reported RSUs were granted on October 12, 2022. 117,188 of the RSUs will vest on December 31, 2022 and an additional 468,750 of the RSUs will vest on October 12, 2023 and the remaining 1,757,812 will vest in equal quarterly installments on the last day of each of the calendar quarters immediately following the first anniversary of the grant date.
