F1	Each Apollo Operating Group unit represents a right to receive one share of Class A common stock ("Class A share") of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the "Issuer"), subject to the restrictions and provisions set forth in the Seventh Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement, dated July 29, 2020, by and among the Issuer, AP Professional Holdings, L.P. ("Holdings") and the other parties thereto (the "Exchange Agreement").
F2	On September 7, 2021, Holdings distributed 75,032 Apollo Operating Group units to one of its limited partners.
F3	The Apollo Operating Group units do not expire.
F4	The reporting person is the sole general partner of Holdings, which holds 158,815,879 Apollo Operating Group units.
