F1 On July 25, 2023, Bessemer Venture Partners IX L.P. ("BVP IX") and Bessemer Venture Partners IX Institutional L.P. ("BVP IX Inst" and together with BVP IX the "BVP IX Funds") sold 8,439 shares and 6,761 shares of Common Stock of Weave Communications, Inc., respectively, at a weighted average price of $11.10. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $11.00 to $11.15. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.
F2 After the July 25 sales, BVP IX and BVP IX Inst own 4,117,450 shares of Common Stock and 3,298,705 of Common Stock, respectively.
F3 Deer IX & Co. Ltd. ("Deer Ltd.") is the general partner of Deer IX & Co. L.P. ("Deer L.P."), which is the general partner of each of the Funds.
