Id Content
F1 Represents shares of common stock underlying a time-based restricted stock unit award (RSU). The RSUs vest in four equal annual installments beginning October 2, 2023, with the first annual installment vesting on October 2, 2024, so long as the Reporting Person's service as an employee of the Issuer is continuous from the grant date through the applicable anniversary thereof.
