The Reporting Person, an employee of Blackstone Inc. ("Blackstone") or one of its affiliates, is a member of the board of directors of the general partner of the issuer. Certain affiliates of Blackstone have filed Section 16 reports reporting securities of the issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of any securities of the issuer that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by affiliates of Blackstone.
