Platinum International Investment Holdings RSC Limited ("Platinum Holdings") is the sole owner of Platinum Falcon, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ("ADIA" and, together with Platinum Falcon and Platinum Holdings, the "Reporting Persons") is the sole owner of Platinum Holdings.
