(1) The Reporting Person no longer serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Issuer effective November 11, 2024. This Form 4 is being filed voluntarily, solely to state that as a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with the securities of the Issuer.
