Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (1) The Reporting Person no longer serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Issuer effective November 11, 2024. This Form 4 is being filed voluntarily, solely to state that as a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with the securities of the Issuer.
