Co-Chief Accounting Officer, Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller (1) The Reporting Person no longer serves as the Co-Chief Accounting Officer, Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of the Issuer effective March 14, 2025. This Form 4 is being filed voluntarily, solely to state that as a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with the securities of the Issuer. (2) Karen Hager is signing on behalf of Ms. McMillon pursuant to a power of attorney dated August 2, 2022, which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an exhibit to the Form 4 Ms. McMillon filed on March 14, 2025.
