F1 On June 20, 2025, BlackRock Direct Lending Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Issuer") issued 2,084,925.0616 of its shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share to The Public Institution for Social Security ("PIFSS") in connection with a mandatory capital call made by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement previously entered into between PIFSS and the Issuer.
