Shareholders are accordingly advised that Charles Tasker has now sold 203 786 shares (in large part to cover the immediate tax obligations from the settlement of the SARs). Following the conclusion of the exercise of these SARs, Charles Tasker has increased his total shareholding in MiX Telematics to 326 669 American Depository Shares (equivalent to 8 166 744 MiX Telematics ordinary shares).
