("Angi") that are convertible at the option of the holder on a one-for-one basis into shares of Angi Class A common stock, par value $0.001 ("Class A Common Stock"), at any time and do not have an expiration date. Each share of Class B Common Stock is entitled to ten votes per share and each share of Class A Common Stock is entitled to one vote per share.
F2 The reporting person, IAC Inc. ("IAC"), transferred these shares to Joseph Levin on January 13, 2025 pursuant to that certain employment transition agreement, dated January 13, 2025, by and between IAC and Mr. Levin.
