The earned shares of Issuer common stock reported in this Form 4 are subject to service-based vesting requirements that lapsed on August 20, 2024.
F2 The sale of shares of common stock of Intapp, Inc. was executed pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan put in place by the Reporting Person on March 8, 2024.
