F2 The Form 4, as originally filed, incorrectly reported a grant of 8,062 restricted stock units. The correct amount of the grant is 4,121 restricted stock units. This Form 4A corrects that amount and also includes a corrected vesting schedule for the grant, which is reflected in Footnote 3.
