F1	This statement and the securities reported herein give effect to the reclassification on the date of this statement of Issuer securities in connection with and upon closing of the Issuer's initial public offering.
F2	The reported securities are held directly by KL Pattern Holdings LP (the "KL Shareholder"). The management of the KL Shareholder is controlled by KLC Fund I GP LP ("KLC Fund GP"). KLC Fund I UGP LLC ("KLC Fund UGP") is the general partner of KLC Fund GP. The management of KLC Fund UGP is controlled by its managing member, John Bailey. As such, Mr. Bailey may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the KL Shareholder. Each of the reporting persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities, except to the extent of such reporting person's pecuniary interest therein, if any. The filing of this statement shall not be deemed an admission that, for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise, the reporting persons are the beneficial owners of any of the reported securities.
F3	Each of the KL Shareholder, KLC Fund GP, and KLC Fund UGP (the "KLC Entities") are intended and deemed to be included as reporting persons on this Form 3, but EDGAR filing codes for the KLC Entities were not yet available at the time of this filing.
