F1 In connection with the Reporting Person's appointment as a non-management Director of the Issuer, he received a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") award grant representing a pro rata portion of the RSU award granted to the other non-management Directors, reflecting his service on the Board from October 1, 2025, until the Annual General Meeting in 2026. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer. Reflects a time-based conditional award, as defined in the CRH plc Equity Incentive Plan (the "EIP"), of RSUs of which the full amount will vest in May 2026 (the "Award").
