(the "Company") under the Company's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan for Executives. The restricted stock will vest in three equal annual amounts on May 17, 2022, 2023 and 2024, subject to the achievement of certain performance-based criteria, including EBITDA and free cash flow.
