F2 Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated January 6, 2022, by and among the Issuer, Stryker Corporation ("Stryker") and Voice Merger Sub Corp. ("Merger Sub"), the Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer (the "Merger"), with the Issuer surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Stryker, effective as of February 23, 2022 (the "Effective Time").
