Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock. 25% of RSUs shall vest on each of March 31, 2024, June 30, 2024, September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be a Service Provider (as defined in the Issuer's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan) through each such date.
