In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person directly owned 609,515 shares of common stock, which properly reflects the 10 to 1 reverse stock split (which occurred on August 11, 2021) of the 95,148 shares of common stock held at that time, to 9,515 shares of common stock held at that time, added to the 600,000 shares reported as being acquired on the Form 4.
