Heritage Investment Holdings Limited ("Holdings Limited") serves as the sole director of Heritage GP. GTCS Directors Limited ("GTCS Directors") serves as the sole director of Holdings Limited and Heritage Holdings Bare Trust ("Heritage Trust") is the sole member of Holdings Limited.
