F1	On September 12, 2025, 180 Degree Capital Corp. ("180 Degree Capital") merged with Mount Logan Capital Inc. ("Mount Logan") (the "Merger"). With the close of the Merger, the Reporting Person ceased to have voting and/or dispositive control of the shares of the Issuer owned by 180 Degree Capital and therefore ceased to have indirect beneficial ownership of such shares of the Issuer. No shares of the Issuer were sold in conjunction with or pursuant to the Merger.
