Id Content
F1 40,000 share units were granted to the Reporting Person under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan pursuant to that certain Consulting Services Agreement, dated January 30, 2023, by and between the Reporting Person and the Company. Assuming the Reporting Person's compliance with the Consulting Services Agreement the 40,000 share units will vest and be paid on a one-for-one basis in Company common shares on the six month anniversary of the Consulting Services Agreement.
F2 In connection with the Reporting Person's resignation of employment and the Consulting Services Agreement, subject to the Reporting Person's compliance with the Consulting Services Agreement, the Reporting Person's March 9, 2020 time-based 65,124 share unit grant will vest on March 9, 2023 and be paid on a one-for-one basis in Company common shares. The remaining amounts (other than the 40,000 share unit grant described in footnote no. 1) were forfeited upon the Reporting Person's resignation.
