("Legacy iLearningEngines"), whereby Merger Sub merged with and into Legacy iLearningEngines with the separate corporate existence of Merger Sub ceasing and Legacy iLearningEngines continuing as the surviving corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Issuer (the "Merger").
