F1 Pursuant to the convertible promissory note (the "Note") dated April 30, 2024, the issuer shall pay the reporting person, an amount in cash representing all outstanding principal, accrued and unpaid interest, and any other amounts outstanding pursuant to the terms of the Note on April 30, 2025 ("Maturity Date"). The Note will be convertible into the issuer's common stock until it is fully paid.
