F1 On December 13, 2024, the reporting person purchased 25,000 Units with each Unit consisting of one share of common stock, one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $2.40 per share which will expire on the five-year anniversary of the date that the Company obtains stockholder approval (the "Series A Warrants"), and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $2.40 per share or pursuant to an alternative cashless exercise option, which warrant will expire on the two and one-half anniversary of the date of the warrant stockholder approval (the "Series B Warrants").
