F1 In October 2024, TEN Holdings, Inc. (the Company) granted the reporting person options to purchase 1,381,750 shares of its common stock with an exercise price of $0.46 per share. The options will be subject to the following vesting terms: 60% will vest upon the completion of the Company's initial public offering, and the remaining 40% will have a one-year cliff, wherein approximately 13.3% of the award will vest in October 2025 and the remaining award will thereafter vest in equal monthly installments, commencing November 2025 until October 2027, so that all the shares subject to the options shall vest by October 2027.
