F1	Restricted stock units ("RSUs") convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.
F2	Settlement of dividend equivalent rights in connection with the vesting of RSUs. The rights accrued when and as dividends were paid on the Issuer's common stock and became vested and settled proportionately with the RSUs to which they related. Each dividend equivalent right was the economic equivalent of one share of the Issuer's common stock.
