Eran Etam is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
On July 23, 2021, all outstanding shares of the Issuer's convertible preferred stock automatically converted into shares of the Issuer's common stock in connection with the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering. As a result, the Reporting Person is no longer a ten percent beneficial owner of any class of the Issuer's equity securities. Accordingly, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer and will therefore no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
