F1	On August 12, 2022, the Reporting Person was awarded Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") in connection with the Reporting Person's transition services to the Issuer and the related consulting agreement with the Reporting Person (the "Consultant Agreement") effective August 13, 2022. The reporting person was terminated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer effective August 12, 2022.
