Management and Consultants Performance Stock Plan for shares of common stock of the Company in the Organicell Regenerative Medicine, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The newly issued shares shall vest on December 31, 2023.
F2 Received in exchange for the Company's common stock on a 1:1 basis. This exchange was completed in connection with the Agreement.
