Karen Drexler is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
Effective September 30, 2024, the reporting person resigned from her role as a director on the Board of Directors of Tivic Health Systems, Inc. (the "Company"). As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with her transactions in the equity securities of the Company and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
