As a result, OFSAM may have been deemed to beneficially own the securities held by Funding I by virtue of its ownership interest in Funding I. OFS Capital Management, LLC, investment adviser to OFS Credit Company, Inc., is wholly-owned by OFSAM.

Remarks:

In connection with an internal reorganization, OFSAM and Funding I transferred all of their rights, title and interests in the common shares of the Issuer held by them to Orchard First Source Asset Management Holdings, LLC for no consideration.
