F1 Represents the replacement option to be issued by Vivani Medical, Inc. (f/k/a Second Sight Medical Products, Inc.) at the effective time of the merger acquisition thereof, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger entered into on February 4, 2022.
F2 The option vested as to 301,866 shares on February 28, 2021 and 150,933 shares on July 16, 2021 and after July 16, 2021 the balance of the shares vested and will vest at the rate of 4312.367 shares per month for 35 months.
