F1 On March 15, 2024, the Reporting Person was awarded 29,297 restricted stock units (the "RSUs") under the Rush Street Interactive, Inc. 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (as amended, the "Plan"). The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each such vesting date.
