F1	5% of the Restricted Stock Units (the "RSUs") will vest on each quarterly vesting date that occurs after the vesting commencement date until and including the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date. After the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date, 10% of the RSUs will vest on each quarterly vesting date. Each vest is subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Company. Quarterly vesting dates will fall on March 15th, June 15th, September 15th and December 15th.
