F1	5% of the Restricted Stock Units (the "RSUs") will vest on each quarterly vesting date that occurs after the vesting commencement date until and including the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date. After the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date, 10% of the RSUs will vest on each quarterly vesting date.
