Id Content
F1 Represents shares of common stock issued upon the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person. Based on a nominee agreement between the Reporting Person and Verlinvest Beverages SA ("Verlinvest"), such RSUs were held by the Reporting Person as a nominee for Verlinvest and, upon vesting of the RSUs, the underlying shares were delivered to Verlinvest. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein, if any. The RSUs convert to common stock on a one-for one-basis.
F2 The Reporting Person is Chief Financial Officer of Verlinvest Group, a parent entity of Verlinvest, and is a member of the board of directors of Verlinvest and therefore may be deemed to have shared voting power with respect to the shares of common stock held of record by Verlinvest. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein, if any.
