Id Content
F1 Consists of time-based restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock and vests in four equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
F2 Consists of time-based restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Company's 2017 Employee, Director and Consultant Equity Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock and vests in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
F3 The shares subject to the performance-based restricted stock units ("PSUs") represent the maximum number of shares that may vest based on the Issuer's achievement of specified stock price milestones.
